Lindsay Jayne Richmond
A Graduate of the Prestiguis University of Oxford England In October 2002, Lindsayl and partners founded Capital Resourcing Limited to provide asset management services and solutions to high net worth individuals and institutions. Lindsay serves as co-chief investment officer of the investment team. Capital Resourcing Limited applies the investment methodology pioneered by renowned global fund management companies and banks. Prior to founding Capital Resourcing Limited, Lindsay was a senior Investment Manager at HSBC Investment. Lindsay has been featured in publications such as: Kiplinger’s, Global Finance Magazine, and The European Financial Review Magazine. In addition, he has been interviewed on Bloomberg broadcast television. Lindsay graduated from the University of Reading England in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and also received a Masters in Management.
Mr. Timothy Stringer
Timothy is a Director; he leads Capital Resourcing Limited’s investment activities and is Chair of their Investment Committee. He has over 14 years’ experience in raising capital, equity offerings, and investment grade and high yield debt Placements, as well as leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Capital Resourcing Limited, he was a Managing Director at CI Capital, a subsidiary of Commercial International Bank, Egypt. Neil started his career at Salomon Smith Barney before joining Dawson Herman Capital Management – a $3.5 billion hedge fund. Mr. Frank Aylward
Mr. Aylward is the director of Capital Resourcing Limited Europe Business unit and leads Capital Resourcing Limited Angel and Early Stage Partners strategy. Before joining Alden Finance Limited, he was a financial analyst at Royal Bank of Canada. He has an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor degree from Babson College. Frank provides corporate advisory and specialist institutional investor relations services to both private and ASX listed industrial companies. He advises corporate clients on equity capital markets and M&A transactions as well as business strategy. Franks’s career spans over 20 years in equities having previously been Head of Emerging Companies Research at UBS and Deutsche Bank
Ted Cowley
Ted is responsible for all operational aspects with oversight of finance, operations, trading, compliance and risk management teams. James brings 25 years of international banking and hedge fund experience having worked in Sydney, London, Tokyo and Singapore with WestLB, Macquarie Bank and JP Morgan. While at Macquarie he was involved in the implementation of the Equity Derivatives Group’s Risk Management and order management systems. At JP Morgan he was the Asia Finance lead on multiple Risk System implementations across 13 countries. He holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accountancy from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Lisa Gonzales
Lisa is the team assistant and receptionist with Capital Resourcing Investment office responsible for providing administrative support for the teams. She has previously worked as an Assistant Sales Manager and is experienced in supporting large teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Lisa holds a conjoint Bachelor’s in BA/BCom from the University of Auckland and a Master’s in Management (CEMS) from the University of Sydney.
